Originally described as "The Ramones meets The Beach Boys," The Queers - led by vocalist/guitarist Joe Queer - have forged a unique sound and always tongue-in-cheek style after 26 years. Munki Brain (2007, Asian Man) is the band's latest addition to a massive catelog.

New Jersey's Senses Fail blends pop-punk, post-hardcore and screamo into its own signature sound and spiritual style (the band name is derived from the Buddhist belief in Nirvana). The band's third album, Life Is Not a Waiting Room, will be released Oct. 7 on Vagrant Records. Its last release, Still Searching (2006), debuted at No. 15 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and sold more than 300,000 copies. MORE
